Is Black Plate Muscle a State-Licensed Dismantler?
No. We believe that all professional dismantlers and used auto parts resellers should know, understand and comply with applicable law. We are located in the State of California, and we comply with California state rules and regulations that permit non-professional vehicle owners to dismantle three or fewer personal vehicles within a 12-month period without obtaining a state dismantlers license. We encourage all potential buyers to support their local licensed auto dismantlers and make sure the parties you are purchasing from comply with applicable law.
